Sportrac has revealed a list of some of the highest-earning footballers at Manchester United, and it’s interesting.
As expected, David De Gea makes the cut, seeing as he’s one of the oldest players in the current squad, and of course, his quality is right up there.
The goalie has a salary of £375,000 each week.
Next to the Spaniard is Paul Pogba, who cost United a whopping £89 million when he joined, with a weekly salary of £290,000.
Last season’s top scorer, Anthony Martial is third on the list, with £250,000— 50k more than what fourth placed Marcus Rashford earns.
Rounding off the top five list is the captain, Harry Maguire, who earns £189,000 a week, after his £80 million move from Leicester last year.
The surprise omission from the list is Bruno Fernandes, who many would have expected to make the cut.
But since the Portuguese only earns £180,000 per week, he is outside the top five.
